Countdown

On the inverted clock that overlooks Testour, the Moors engraved a countdown. They had enough hope to believe that, one day, after sinking in Tunisia, they would return to their Andalusian homeland.
Then the months, the years, and the centuries pass and the mirages fade away. Silence among the roaring crowd. As it did in 2011, hope faded as time went by.
